Debutant director Srinivas Raga's much-awaited Katha, starring Genelia in the role of a teacher, has completed 50% of its shooting, the makers informed.
Produced by Gangaraju Gunnam under the banner of Just Yellow Cinema, this romantic thriller was recently shot at the beautiful locations of Araku Valley, Visakhapatnam. Tamil hero Arun Kumar, who has acted in the remake of Happy Days in Tamil, is the hero.
Genelia is thrilled about this project and said: "I am back. Like I promised earlier, I am here to do different movies. I have signed this movie as it is a novel, beautiful love story. I play a teacher in the movie."
Music director S.K. Balachander has set music to four songs. The cast includes Prakashraj, Raghubabu and Shafi. Cinematography is by Andrew and art is by Ravinder. (more...)
