Non bailable warrant for Balakrishna

Dharvaram Court issued a non bailable arrest warrant to Nandamuri Balakrishna Police has filed a case against him for violating election code of conduct during the last general elections. The court has ordered him to attend personally to defend himself. But, he seems to be ignored the court order, for which the court ordered for his arrest. Yet, the police informed the court that they were unable to arrest him because he is not available at his address. Finally, the court issued a non bailable arrest warrant to him. So far, there is no response from his end. Most probably, he may surrender himself in a day or two. (more...)
