Top director Puri Jagannadh has taken a sensational decision to make a film on the life of late Dr.Y.S.Rajashekar Reddy. Puri Jagannadh who is currently filming Ek Niranjan with Prabhas, has accepted the offer to make a bio-pic on YSR. Hero Rajashekar will play the role of YSR. Titled Rajashekar Reddy, the film will begin its shoot very shortly. An official announcement was made on Monday evening (September 14, 2009) at Puri Jagan’s office in Hyderabad.
“I am inspired by his life and his style and when this project came to me, I have readily accepted this. YSR is a great leader and a great human being. I feel fortunate to make film on this great person,” Puri told the media.
