Venkatesh believes in meditating

“I believe in meditating. It helps us to realise that God is within us. We don’t have to look outside for Him. Meditation helps us become strong from within and makes us accept good and bad things in equal measure. Whatever we see outside is materialistic and temporary.” Said Venkatesh.

“Meditation helps to tap the real energy inside us. We should meditate regularly and not only for a stipulated time period. I read the writings of Osho, Ramana Maharshi, Bhagwad Gita, Swami Vivekananda, Ramakrishna Paramahamsa et al. We have to grow from within as we grow from outside in our career and life. We must strive to maintain a balance between spirituality and our professional live,” he added.

“Unfortunately, we are always worried about the banana peal than the fruit inside it. We forget the most important thing that is — the real essence lies within us. We should feel good about our life and accept things as they come,” he concluded.
